The Role
The Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the business growth in the APAC region by identifying, acquiring and onboarding suitable clients for ADMIS Hongkong/Singapore.

He will also be assisting the MD in business development to expand ADMIS in the APAC region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Expanding derivatives business across Corporates, Funds and Family offices based in APAC.
  • Contributing ideas and business development strategies with the MD in all aspect of growing the derivatives business for ADMIS Hongkong/Singapore.
  • Proactively enhancing business through client referrals, networking, workshops/seminars and industry contacts.
  • Manage the onboarding process with the help of the specialized teams within the organization.
  • Develop and implement a Partners/Institutional strategy for the region, identifying potential relationships.
  • Responding to ad hoc requirements on the business as required.

  • Your Profile
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in listed derivatives sales.
  • Possess strong leadership qualities; able to guide and share knowledge to enhance the team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

    Demonstrated strong relationship building with customers, markets and internal stakeholders.

    Strong oral and written skills are required to enable effective communications at all levels within the company and with customers.
  • Experience in the APAC region for Derivatives sales within a financial institution, funds or trading companies, with a proven track record of building and managing a client portfolio.
  • Proven leadership and change management capabilities, particularly displaying effectiveness in virtual and diverse team contexts.
