Our client is one leading and very sizable organization in the industry providing IT&T solutions with business in both retail and corporate sectors.
Be the Head of Payment & Card Operations Division as well as drive and coach the team to execute the Corporate’s strategic plans to achieve the expected objective Manage the daily business activities to ensure the operations are performed at a high service level, including but not limited to payment processing, card issuing, merchants account activities, etc. Ensure the operational procedures are compliance with relevant regulatory and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely to business partners / stakeholders, i.e. including HKMA, merchants and banks, etc. Develop strategic action plans to support various company’s business programs and projects to achieve the ultimate services level of payment operation Oversee, manage, review and streamline the payment operations & dispute process as well as provide valuable input for system enhancement with the objective to minimize discrepancy / risk and enhance efficiency Build and maintain excellent business partner relationship with relevant stakeholders such as vendors, merchants, business partners and card associations, authorities etc. Manage the team’s performance and delegate work effectively to subordinates to maximize the productivity and value Manage and ensure smooth operations of vendor-supported card system, payment and card services and out-sourcing activities for card operations Manage the operation’s performance through reviewing and analyzing various reports Requirement: :
Bachelor degree or above in Business Studies or related disciplines 10+ years’ experience in payment processing function, preferably gained from banking industry, with at least 3+ years at managerial level Strategic thinking with strong business sense, highly presentable, strong leadership skill Good command in both spoken English & Chinese
