We are seeking a Head of Human Resources for a leading international school in Hong Kong.
The headcount at the school is 350 teaching and back-office professionals plus some part time/auxiliary staff.
The main duties and responsibilities are as follows: - Ability to act as a business partner and guide and advise other department heads, as well as the board - Manage current employment cycle - on boarding / off boarding, monthly payroll, dealing with the immigration department for via applications etc - Experience in HR system transformation and change management, managed in a sensitive manner, mainly in relation to appraisals, training and payroll - Experience in managing employee benefits, including medical, health and insurance - Experience in digital transformation of HR procedures including use case analysis and project implementation - Culturally sensitive with ability to work with a wide range of people from different backgrounds - Manage team of 4-5 HR professionals - Report to Head of Business (B&O Operation) & to a Board Governor - At least 10-15 years experience in full range of HR functionalities in Hong Kong.
