A listed company is looking for Head of HR. | | Details | Reporting to the Corporate Human Resources Board, you will be leading the China and overseas HR teams located across Asia. Responsibilites: - Oversee organizational design, HR strategy, transformation and change congruent with the business direction and optimize operational efficiencies;
- Be responsible for all HR deliverables including but not limited to compensation & benefits, employee relations and retention, talent acquisition and management, succession planning, performance management, training and career development, records management, HR information system, legislative compliance, etc
- Act as a trusted HR advisor in the development and implementation of effective people strategies in alignment to key business objectives, provide advice, counsel and solution for management decision;
- Take lead on all HR projects and annual exercises including manpower planning, budgeting, salary review;
- Be accountable for organizational compliance and laws and regulations in supporting locations pertaining to all human resources matters, such as employment legislation, payroll, tax, etc
- Manage annual HR projects such as manpower planning, budgeting, salary review etc
Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, human resources background is preferred
- More than 12 years of experience in human resources, with more than 8 years of management experience;
- Solid understanding of China market.
Prior HR management experience and regional coverage gained with property developer / property management companies and/ or hospitality sectors a plus; - Familiar with PRC HK and regional labor laws, regulations, policies, labor disputes and employee litigation
