This role of Head of FP&A and Capital Management, High Net Worth will be responsible for:-
HNW business planning, strategic planning, forecasting, financial performance analysis, and management reporting.
The role will provide thought leadership and provide insights to management to influence the company’s strategy and initiatives.Capital management, monitoring, and planning to optimize capital usage across the HNW business and deliver capital repatriation targets.
The role-holder will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce business plans, financial projections, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and resource allocation.
The role will be responsible for identify opportunities for capital efficiencies and other financial optimization and executing such strategies.
This will be a key finance leadership role tasked with leading various finance initiatives and is expected to be the finance lead on various HNW strategic initiatives.
He/she will lead a high performing, global, finance team across multiple locations and time zones.

Strategic Financial Planning – Lead the development of the annual business plan and strategic plan.
Provide thought leadership and influence the company’s strategy and initiatives.
Partner with actuarial, partnership, ALM, and other business leaders to ensure financial projections are aligned with strategy.
Find solutions to align financial projections and business plans to meet company targets.Management Reporting and Forecasting – Oversee financial analysis and management reporting, including monthly and quarterly business and financial updates.
Ensure reports are produced in timely and robust fashion.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance to meet targets.Capital Management – Monitor Bermuda and Singapore operations to ensure that both entities are appropriately capitalized in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Collaborate with actuarial, reinsurers, and other stakeholders to identify and execute on capital optimization strategies.
Deliver capital repatriation targets and improve dividend payout ratios.
Take a holistic view of capital management across HNW jurisdictions to optimize capital usage, liquidity management, and ensure best practices are applied.Financial Optimization and Strategic Initiatives: Identify and execute opportunities for financial optimization across the organization.
Participate actively and provide thought leadership as lead finance role in key HNW strategic initiatives.Capital Reporting: Collaborate with actuarial on capital reporting requirements for each local entity, management reporting, and Canadian requirements.Process Improvements: Establish best-in-class financial planning and capital management frameworks, with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
Drive automation to improve processes and deliver on productivity savings.Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a high performing team with strong emphasis on people development.
Implement finance best practices and partner with other functions to instill financial discipline and understanding across the HNW business.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, or related field10+ years experience in FP&A, Capital Management, Corporate Finance, or Actuarial fields of practiceProven track record of leading FP&A and/or Capital Management functionsExperience and/or understanding of Bermuda, Singapore, and Canadian capital requirements is preferredExceptional ability to influence stakeholders and present recommendations to senior leadershipCPA, CFA, FSA (or equivalent) is preferredJob Category:
