Position Overview
The Global Engagement and Communications Office seeks an accomplished and self-motivated Head of Brand Marketing to architect and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the University with a primary focus on the landmark 35th-anniversary celebration.
This high-impact role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who will shape the narrative of this milestone, leveraging it as a platform for significant brand elevation and global promotion.
The appointee will be responsible for translating this vision into a cohesive, multi-channel experience across digital platforms, physical collaterals, and memorable events.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision & Narrative:
Develop the overarching 35th-anniversary brand platform and a multi-phased promotional strategy designed to build momentum, maximize reach, and amplify our institutional narrative.Identify and pursue high-impact brand partnership and co-marketing opportunities to extend the campaign's reach.Develop the overarching creative vision and messaging platform for the University celebration and important milestones.Develop defining brand messages for execution across the board.Craft a compelling brand story that unifies all initiatives and communicates our history, values, and aspirations.Devise and manage a proactive earned media strategy, working with PR team to secure feature coverage in key local and international media.Integrated Collateral Development & Execution:
Lead the end-to-end development of all brand execution such as the 35th-anniversary assets:Oversee all creative agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery.Event Strategy & Coordination:
Collaborate with internal events and communications teams to plan and execute a calendar of milestone events.Ensure all event theming, communications, and experiences are fully integrated with the overall anniversary brand strategy.Qualifications & Experience:
Must-Have: 12-15 years of experience in a brand strategy and/or creative role within a leading advertising or branding agency.Exceptional language capabilities: superior proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential, with the eloquence to shape a global brand narrativeA proven portfolio demonstrating high-concept campaign work that was supported by measurable brand promotion and earned media results.Extensive experience in developing and executing multi-channel brand promotion strategies.Demonstrated ability to translate complex stories into compelling, unified visual and verbal narratives.Strong track record of managing significant budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.Ideal Candidate Profile

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
