Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced talent to lead the Ancillary Business for HK Express.
The successful candidate will lead the ancillary business team to drive ancillary revenue growth.
Ancillary portfolio development
Developing overall ancillary strategy to boost revenueAccountable for the global ancillary revenue and profitability targetResponsible for contracts liaison and management of vendorsDevelop, optimize and manage a wide range of ancillary products, including booking products, servicing products, cross-selling products, airport products, cargo and advertising solutionsDevelop ancillary business insights and produce performance reports E-Commerce
Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement the high-quality ancillary products as well as manage on-going ancillary product promotional campaignsFacilitate the implementation of the newly deployed ancillary product on existing platform and produce test run to ensure the consistency and accuracy Personalisation and CRM
Capture and study market and customer data, work closely with marketing to attract targeted customerEnhance the customer relationship management and initiate high yield products and propose enhancement plan per performance data analysis result Internal Stakeholder Engagement
Present to senior management on the performance and new initiative regularlyPromote inflight sales and enhance the sales culture among the cabin crewCommunicate with Network Planning, Pricing and Revenue Management team on the new destinations and upcoming promotion, so to deliver appropriate merchandise accordingly Qualifications
Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplineMinimum 10 years’ relevant experiences in airline industry with at least 5 years experience in managerial rolePrior working experience in low cost carrier is preferredFluent English.
