Global Investment Bank Project Management Office

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in planning and executing infrastructure projects.
• Track and update project-related items, including project plans, milestones, action items, issues, risks, decision logs, and dependencies.
• Raise funding requests and provide regular financial project tracking.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure consistency and compliance with Project Life Cycle requirements.
• Prepare presentations, including resourcing, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with regional and global counterparts to identify project synergies.
• Assist IT managers in establishing project management standards and templates.
• Provide portfolio management support to technical teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support departmental activities and cross-IT initiatives, including financial analysis and budgeting.
• Coordinate with global teams and other Regional IT or business unit teams on cross-team initiatives

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or business management.
• Minimum 5 years experience (Analyst position).
• Minimum 3 years Project Management experience.
• Financial industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in Technology environments, including the implementation end-user technology solutions.
• Experience in handling projects in IT infrastructure/Networking/Voice.
• Experience with Project & Portfolio Management tool and Business Object Reporting Tool
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, analytic mindset, and well-developed presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills to senior stakeholders
