The Department
Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club.
With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.
The Job
Perform Accounts Payable duties include ensuring all inquiries, payments & invoices are processed accurately and timely Prepare the journals during month end/year end closing Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by preparing monthly reconciliations Responsible for T&E reimbursement process Assist other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
About You
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent Around 5 year of hands-on accounting experience Experience in Oracle will be an advantage Proficiency in MS Excel and hands on accounting experience Self-motivated, independent and able to communicate effectively with all levels Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Immediate available is highly preferred
