Responsibilities:
Regional accounting’s books and records, ensure the integrity of financial records complying with company policies as well as the GAAP requirements.
Daily accounting works, month-end/year end closing
Oversee local tax compliance
Coordinate the annual statutory audit and other regulatory returns
Prepare various financial reports to meet the business needs
Involvement in finance-related policy drafting and system implementation
Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
Chartered accountant with 4-6 years’ experience or qualified by experience
Working knowledge of SAP and business intelligence tools an advantage
Numerate and methodical with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
Track record of working as part of a small team and on own initiative
Enthusiastic and proactive
Able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Able to create and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders; internal and external
