The appointee will mainly be responsible for administering the postgraduate programmes and research-related matters.
Main duties include:
Work in evenings and on weekends may be required.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification working experience, preferably in the higher education sector.
Strong proficiency in computer skills (including MS Office, Excel and data management); excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organisational and communication skills with strong sense of responsibility and attention to details; and sense of self-motivation with the ability to work independently are required.
Prior work experience in postgraduate program management would be an advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
