- Support delivery and execution of awards and events programmes
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics alongside with the Event Operations Manager
- Assist in content preparation for all event collaterals
- Act as a key contact for external vendors and contractors for all event set-up, tear-down and post event follow-up
- Provide on-site event support and troubleshoot problems to ensure events are run smoothly with success
任职要求
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in event management
- 1-2 years of experience in delivery B2B live events within professional services industry
- Occasional Travel across Asia will be required
- Excellent communication in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is essential
