**Responsibilities**
+ Provide engineering and technical support for Project Modification team supporting key accounts
+ Assist to supervise modernization project in carrying out the project plan
+ Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement
+ Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
+ Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD and Housing Authority to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
+ Champion Quality, Safety and Cost control
**Requirements**
+ High Diploma / Degree holder or above in Building Services / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
+ 5-8 years' project management experience in E&M/ Construction field
+ Experience in lift/elevator industry is highly preferable
+ Good interpersonal and communication skill
+ Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
+ Able to work under pressure
+ Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
+ Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
