Provide counter service to walk-in and pre-booked customers Educate client to adopt eMPF digital tools Support the MPF administration process for visitors Perform services according to company rules and relevant regulatory requirements Education / Qualification
Form 5 graduate Skills / Knowledge
Good communication and presentation skills and frontline experience Patient and enjoy team play Positive mindset and good problem-solving skills Familiar with checking customer profile with back-office system Fluent in English or Mandarin is a plus Working Experience
At least 1 year of client service or frontline experience Familiar with mobile applications and webpage usage (i.e. online application forms and searching for information on government websites)
