Key Responsibilities:
1.
Promotions and Online Presence:
Maximize the shop’s online presence and manage all tasks related to the online shop and social media channels, including but not limited to optimizing sales through discounts and promotions.
Explore and implement potential external e-commerce channels for the Souvenir Shop to enhance promotional outreach and boost sales.
Create multimedia marketing content, including short reels, social media posts, and artwork for promotional channels.
Conduct product listings, implement pricing strategies, and manage promotions, including updating online banners, promotional pages and discounts, pop-up boxes, and daily operations of the online store to achieve sales targets.
2.
Online Store Management:
Manage and ensure the proper operation of the online store.
Maintain and monitor the online store's layout and navigation for optimal user experience, including banner replacement on a regular basis.
Capture and edit high-quality photos for the online store.
Analyze sales data to monitor online store performance and provide actionable insights for business growth.
Research and identify potential trending products and competitive pricing strategies.
3.
Reporting & Administration:
Monitor and report on key online metrics, including sales, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Provide insights into best-selling products and customer trends.
Handle backend administrative tasks related to the online store, including e-coupon code management and preparing monthly sales reports by items.
Handle any other shop’s related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
Proven experience in e-commerce management and online marketing.
Strong understanding of online sales strategies and digital marketing techniques.
Proficient in graphic design and multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Opencart) and social media management tools.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive starting salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and paid leave.
The position is based on a 5-day work week(Mon – Fri) and is offered under a two-year renewable contract.
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
