**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Support to design and implement remuneration and sales incentives campaigns that drive sales along with the company strategy
+ Understand the business needs to design short term or medium term remuneration incentives programs to drive changes in achieving the business objective
+ Work with operation team to formulate an optimal solution to implement the ideas
+ Review the initiatives from financial, risk, operational and effectiveness perspective, obtain approval for the business case
+ Construct financially sound recruitment package to attract talented field force and incentivize business growth
+ Discuss programs initiatives, build and maintain good relationship with distribution channels
+ Support health portfolio management on claims analysis, claims cost management, product repricing to maximize new business value and earning sustainability

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/Actuarial Science/Statistics, with at least 4 years work experience in insurance industry
+ Strong analytical skills, proficiency in numbers
+ Proficient in MS Office application, in particular MS Excel application for conducting data analytics
+ Self-motivated and committed to deliver quality results with open-mind to new ideas
+ Candidate with the more experience may be considered for Distribution Compensation Manager
