What this job involves – Leading from the front

This is a very diverse yet hands on role that comes with great responsibility.

You’ll be the lead for all things Transaction Management throughout APAC.

Working with a team, you will drive transactions throughout the region.

You’ll support the development of the team by acting as a role model, inspiration and coach, giving constructive feedback on a formal and informal basis.

Collaboration

In this role, you will be working closely with senior leadership from the client and the wider JLL account team.

You will be responsible for aligning with the client’s HQ and the client’s local leads to ensure seamless communication and adaptation of processes and standards.

You’ll drive a spirit of collaboration to ensure that the account based Transaction Management team runs to maximum efficiency, allowing us to achieve our client’s ambitions.

Being a strategist

Can you see the bigger picture?

Can you juggle operational delivery whilst delivering future strategy?

You’ll be the lead for workshops, presenting an objective view of the client’s portfolio, providing an overall strategy, highlighting successes or potential issues whilst providing tangible solutions for the client.

Can you communicate clearly and guide the client on the best way forward for transaction processes and portfolio strategies at an account level?

Solutions orientated

Helping our clients achieve their ambitions is at the heart of everything we do.

In this role you’ll understand our client pain points and connect them with the relevant JLL experts across technology or workplace strategy.

Working alongside the overall Account Director you’ll help formulate the broader account plan and report the APAC cost savings & revenues.

Experienced

Not a job for the feint hearted, you will be experienced real estate professional with hands –on transactions management experience across the APAC region, preferably within China.

You will be familiar with working with fast moving MNC clients with a regional presence and multiple service lines.

Resilient

Transaction Management is a highly dynamic part of a highly dynamic business.

It’s fast paced and you’ll need to be fast paced as well.

You’ll need a positive mind set and a ‘can do’ attitude when multi-tasking driving change and delivering efficiencies.

Naturally proactive, you’ll possess the innate ability to identify risks in delivery before it comes an issue.

Team Player

Are you someone that enjoys building up the quality of team deliverables.

You’ll be a person that collaborates with others regardless of role, business unit or location.

A high EQ is must for this role.
