                         About the Position 
The Egg is looking for aspiring digital analysts with an academic or work experience in math, statistics, computer science or data analytics to join our international team of online marketing professionals in the area of Search Engine and Performance Marketing. 
This is a role is for the Regional Team specialize in digital multi-channel marketing spanning search, social, and display across Global Markets.
In this role, you'll not only grow in knowledge of the industry but develop in the area of data science, automation, data engineering, machine learning and leveraging AI tools to boost operational efficiencies across our databases and processes. 
Successful candidates will have a chance to work with an innovative team on exciting regional and global client projects for top international brands.
They will gain an advanced understanding of advertising across large search and social media platforms such as Google, Microsoft Ads (Bing), YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads), TikTok, Reddit and and learn to leverage cutting-edge AI tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our campaigns.

Seniority of position offered will be relative to experience. 
Only candidates with a background in math, statistics, computer science, data science or analytics will be considered for this position.  
 Requirements   
+ 1 - 3 years experience in data science/analytics, application development or automation.  
+ Fresh graduates with strong programming skills or relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.  
+ Strong Python programming skills (e.g. API, data frame handling)  
+ SQL skills (e.g. PostgreSQL) and understanding in ETL process is a plus.  
+ Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Power BI or Tableau).  
+ Experience in cloud computing service (e.g. Azure or AWS) & Linux environment  
+ Exposure to AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, LangChain, agentic workflows, or ML pipelines) is a plus.  
+ Passion for technical problem solving, crunching numbers and finding patterns from data is a must.  
+ Aspiration for a long-term career in data science, analytics, engineering or visualization  
 Key Responsibilities   
+ Develop custom data solutions by integrating and analyzing data from a wide range of ad platform APIs, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, TikTok & CRM Data  
+ Build and manage ETL data pipelines from various data sources while supporting cloud  Linux server and database infrastructure to serve users.  
+ Develop automation tools for the paid media team in collaboration with data science to streamline internal ad management workflows  
+ Generate and visualize ad platform and client marketing data with Python and Power BI to generate dashboards, automated reports and insights  
+ Apply fundamental AI technologies and data science techniques to monitor, analyze key metrics and provide recommendations to clients.  
+ Support ad hoc data related tasks for internal or client initiatives
