工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

1) Program Development and Optimisation: Lead the development, iteration, and optimisation of both local and overseas youth exchange programs.

Formulate strategies based on industry trends and insights into youth needs; design diverse program frameworks (e.g., high-level thematic study tours, international cultural exchange camps); and ensure program content aligns with the long-term goals of youth development.

2) Project Management: Oversee the overall coordination, execution, and management of the entire exchange project portfolio (including overseas, Mainland China, and local programs).

Establish standardized project management processes, monitor key milestones, and allocate cross-departmental resources effectively.

Lead the team to identify and address potential risks or bottlenecks to ensure all projects meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

3) Event Planning and Coordination: Manage the planning and oversight of events that promote cultural exchange and tourism (e.g., cross-boundary youth leadership summits, international youth exchange festivals).

Develop comprehensive strategies and contingency plans; coordinate with high-value internal and external stakeholders (e.g., partner universities, overseas youth organizations, government departments); and supervise on-site execution to ensure events achieve their intended social impact and brand promotion.

4) Delegation Management: Lead and manage exchange delegations (including high-level overseas study trips and key local visits).

Serve as the overall on-site coordinator, optimizing daily arrangements; coordinate cross-regional resources, manage team morale, and implement strict safety protocols.

Guide participants to achieve in-depth learning outcomes and summarize best practices for delegation

5) Service Promotion: Enhance services publicity and influence through various channels like social media and campaign.

- A recognized Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as Tourism (e.g., Tourism Management, Travel & Hospitality), Education (e.g., Youth Education, Educational Administration), Marketing, Communication (e.g., Cross-Cultural Communication, Public Relations), or other related disciplines.



- Candidates with backgrounds in youth development, cross-boundary programs, or non-profit management will be given priority.

1) Work Experience

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, designing, and implementing youth exchange activities and thematic study tours, with a proven track record in non-profit organizations, youth service agencies, or related entities (e.g., international youth organisations, education-focused NGOs).

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end event management for exchange/study tour projects, including stakeholder coordination (e.g., schools, overseas partners, government bodies), risk assessment, budget control, and post-project evaluation.

- Prior experience in leading small teams or overseeing project subgroups will be a significant advantage.



2) Specialised Expertise in Study Tour Management and Marketing

- Extensive experience in comprehensive study tour management, encompassing the design of thematic itineraries (e.g., cultural immersion, academic exchange, leadership training), coordination of logistics, implementation of safety protocols, and execution of post-tour evaluations.

- Experiences in products promotion are needed.



3) Trilingual Language Proficiency

- Fluent in both Putonghua and English, with strong written and spoken capabilities.



- Proficient in drafting formal documents such as program proposals, partnership agreements, and post-event reports, while effectively facilitating communication with diverse stakeholders.



4)Technical and Office Skills

- Highly skilled in typing in both Chinese and English, with proficiency in office software including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.



- Familiar with design tools such as Canva and AI applications.

Priority will be given to candidates holding a valid Outbound Tour Escort Certificate (issued by the Travel Industry Authority, TIA) or equivalent credentials recognized in Hong Kong’s travel and youth service sectors.
