Corporate Strategy and Business Planning Office (CSBPO) has three key pillar of focus, including 1).
Mainland Strategic and Business Development, 2) Corporate Strategy, Business Planning and Integrated Business Model Management, and 3).
Cross-Divisional Strategic Initiatives.
Within Strategic Management and Market Insights (“SMMI”) Department plays a key role in achieving the mission to develop holistic HKJC corporate strategy to enable long-term sustainable development of the Club, with proactive management of potential internal challenges and external threats.
SMMI team focus on developing and managing holistic corporate strategy for HKJC with proactive competitive and market insights.
In addition, SMMI team will support Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Planning (DCSBP) in driving the annual KPI management for all CEO direct reports (across divisions) of the Club, with close linkage with key strategic and business goals of the Club as set out in the corporate strategy.
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
