Our Marketing Analytics Team, under Consumer Insights, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA), leverages sophisticated modeling techniques to transform big data into actionable insights that empower our business teams.
We are committed to establishing a robust in-house team to ensure continuity in delivering high-impact modeling analyses and to accelerate the development of new and business-relevant models.
Your Roles
You’ll be the subject matter expert to own statistical model creation to influence marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, customer satisfaction and commercial performance – to unlock deeper understanding from complex, large-scale datasets.
You will ideate and develop end-to-end data / statistical models and algorithms for Predictive and Prescriptive AnalyticsYou will incorporate your business senses to go beyond a normal data scientist when designing the models, in order to address the business questions from internal stakeholdersHandle big data pool across teams to improve data wrangling efficiency and model readinessRequirements
Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplinesProficient in statistical modeling & machine learning techniques, including regression, time series, Bayesian methods, causal inferenceHands-on experience with Python and SQL is a must8+ years experiences in advanced modelling team responsible for solution development and maintenance, from sizable market research agency (senior manager + grade) or in-house data analytics teamSolid knowledge in crafting and maintaining models for consumer behavior analysis (.
predictive modeling, MMM, MTA, driver analysis, ROI model) and simulationProficient in Visualization tools .
PowerBI, TableauProjects experienced shall be covering more on Greater China, across different sectors particularly Tourism, EntertainmentHands-on experience and project management skill from data crunching, model design and maintenance, data visualization and interpretationAbility to translate data results using commercial languages is a plusOther Competences
Excellent verbal communication skills in Cantonese.
