Your contribution at AIG
+ Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email
+ Providing accurate product/marketing/service information to clients
+ Taking orders and providing after sales service
+ Maintaining a professional and good image to customers on providing business services
+ No shifting is required and 5 days’ work week
What we are looking for
+ Higher diploma degree or above, with 2 years experiences in Call Centre/Customer Service/Sales Support would be preferred
+ Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2 would be an advantage
+ Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese; ability to speak in Putonghua will be an advantage
+ Excellent written manners in both English and Chinese
+ PC literate and able to type fast.
+ Able to work independently, as well as, be a good team player
+ Detail-oriented and excellent time management with the ability to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive
+ Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient
