A leading bank is looking for a talented individual to take part in the Customer Relationship department.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Branch Manager to perform daily operations for personal loan business* Responsible for branch marketing & business development to generate quality asset growth* Branch credit management & delinquency control* Achieve the pre-assigned target for business growth and delinquency control* Responsible for customer service quality maintenance and obtain customer comments on our products/services* Comply with established policies & procedures to safeguard both bank’s and customers’ assets
Requirements:
* University graduate with at least 1 year’s relationship management experience or secondary educated with at least 3 years’ relationship management in retail banking or finance company* In-depth knowledge of unsecured personal loan* Experience in credit underwriting of unsecured personal loan is definitely an advantage* Good relationship building and proactive selling skills (including phone selling)* Good command of English and Chinese
