職責:

  • 負責處理及跟進現有客戶續約及相關查詢 
  • 透過電話及線上渠道向客戶介紹及推廣流動通訊產品及最新優惠
  • 挽留客戶及營銷提升,並達到指定銷售目標 
  • 入職要求: 

  • 大專或以上學歷程度
  • 2年或以上工作經驗, 具備電訊工作或處理企業客戶經驗者優先考慮 
  • 開朗,主動熱誠,並具有良好溝通技巧,以客戶服務為中心
  • 樂於迎接挑戰, 能夠承受工作壓力,並達到銷售目標
  • 能書寫及操流利廣東話,懂英語及普通話優先考慮 
  • 具備更多相關工作經驗者會被考慮為高級客戶聯繫主任 
  • 工作時間: 

  • 5天輪班工作(星期一至日:上午10時至下午8時,每天工作8.75小時包括1小時午膳,輪班輪休) 
  • 工作地點: 

  • 葵涌KC100大樓 (鄰近葵興地鐵站5-10分鐘)
