Responsibilities
Support CSR/QA team with CSR/QA duties to achieve global business growth in-line with Global Marketing Group targets Assist CSR/QA team to analyze customers’ quality manual (product safety, Social compliance, Restricted substances); arrange third party testing and support social compliance/environment audit program Handling restricted substance management and review quality standard & Restricted Substances List Assist CSR/QA team to communicate with external organizations (such as testing labs, Industry coalitions, etc.) to get the most updated news and information on regulatory requirements Communicate with headquarter, regional Legal Team and all group companies regarding CSR/QA and audit issue Assist ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Science, Quality, Engineering or marketing related disciplines 1 year or above working experience in field of quality assurance, social compliance or consumer product safety regulations handling, or marketing is preferred Well versed with PC applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin; Candidate with good command of Japanese will be a plus Self-motivated, good time management capability and presentation skills Candidates with less related experience can be considered as Associate Officer
