(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)
You will be responsible for:
assisting in CRM system enhancement projects by supporting planning, testing, and rollout of new features;
supporting customer segmentation and CRM journey optimisation to enhance campaign effectiveness;
managing end-to-end email campaigns, covering design coordination, content and asset preparation, quality assurance, scheduling, and performance reporting;
supporting daily CRM-initiated projects and ensuring data sanity, e.g., checking for completeness and accuracy;
managing data, preparing reports and analytics related to CRM programmes to obtain customer insights; and
performing any ad-hoc or special projects assigned by the Authority.
You should:
possess a recognised university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or related disciplines;
have 1-2 years of experience in database marketing and preferably with exposure to CRM operation;
possess basic knowledge in CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce will be an advantage
have strong statistical & analytical skills, and be sensitive to numbers;
be team player with strong time management skills and great attention to detail; and
possess good written and verbal communication skills in English and both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
