Responsible for the development and analysis of compensation and benefits bench-marking exercise for each country (including China, Hong Kong and South East Asia)
Handle full spectrum C&B duties such as payroll calculation, taxation, benefits administration and leave management etc.
Conduct annual salary review, bonus exercise, salary surveys and other rewards projects
Responsible payroll budgeting, auditing and reporting
Review HR policies to ensure meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of all-rounded Human Resources experience, preferably from large corporation / MNC / Construction / Engineering company and strong in Recruitment
Agile, self-motivated, proactive, detailed mind and able to manage multiple tasks
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations
Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership and analytical skills
Proficiency in Google and MS Office applications.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
