Our client is a high-tech firm and they are now looking for a potential incumbent to join their global expansion team.
Ensure the daily operations of International Data Centre (“IDC”) are running smoothly with high performance, including but not limited to help desk, networking, cross-connects, remote hand services as well as valued-added services such as managed routers, firewalls and DNS, etc. Oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of IDC services as well as ensure the quality and output of services delivery. Provide professional advices to enhance the IDC facilities and services and ensure its technology are up-to-trend and competitive in the market. Ensure the compliance of all procedures that carried out in IDC with Corporate and International standard. Work closely with internal parties and clients to understand the needs and improvement areas to ensure all output of IDC are satisfactory. Requirement: :
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline Minimum 6 years’ solid experience in managing the operation of data centre with good knowledge in relevant technologies and security practices Possession of ITIL v3 Certificate and/or Certified Data Centre Professional qualification is an advantage, plus the knowledge in ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 9000 is preferred Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
