  • Performance Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation metrics, and pipeline status to inform management decisions and measure success.

  • Continuous Learning : Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance business development efforts.

  • Org-Chart Maintenance: to maintain the GCN Products Sales
  • Ad ministrative Supports: Provide administrative supports to Regional Sales Manager (.

    SAP / office management like travel expense accounting, material orders, assist in Salary/Bonus/Sales Incentive review for Regional Sales Teams)
  • Requirements

  • High diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .

  • 2-year and above working experience in sales support or business development function.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Good command of Microsoft office including PPT and excel.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive.
