Responsibilities: Promote the Bank’s corporate & community imageAttain the business goals of Retail Channel ManagementInstitute the branch’s strategies and implement marketing programs and action plans in line with the overall objective of Retail Channel ManagementMobilize and supervise all branch staff in cross-selling of bank products and develop multiple relations with our customersEnhance the Bank’s image through maintaining decent condition of the branch premises fixtures and equipment at all timesCreate an effective communication channel amongst all staffTo ensure the branch daily operation meets the Bank’s requirements in internal control & compliance issuesSupervise and ensure the selling activities within the branch are complied with internal guidelines & external regulatory requirementsUpgrade the quality of all branch staff through effective training and coaching and boost their morale through motivation Requirements: University graduate or above6 years of above experience in financial industry with management functionStrong leadership & people management skillsGood communication skill is a mustSubstantial knowledge in branch managementFulfill Relevant Individual (RI) & Technical Representative (TR) requirementHolder of MBA, CFP, CFA is an advantageGood understanding of credit managementProficiency in English and MandarinGood PC knowledge
