Job description

Responsibilities


  • Lead board secretarial functions including agenda preparation, drafting speaking notes, and coordinating with the Chairman and board members
  • Manage all regulatory filings andmunication with the Insurance Authority
  • Oversee corporateernance across multiple licenced entities, ensuringpliance and documentation standards are met
  • Handle shareholder changes, allotment of shares, and ongoing management of share schemes
  • Organise and run board, audit, and riskmittee meetings
  • Liaise with INEDs and ensure smoothmittee administration
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support related toernance and secretarial matters

  • Requirements
  • 5-10 years ofpany secretarial experience within the insurance sector (general or life)
  • Proven track record of managing board processes and stakeholders independently
  • Strongmand of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
