Corporate Banking Department - Japanese Corporate Team
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out customer transactions related activities including handle customer enquiries, manage loan, deposit, FX, customer onboarding, change of bank registration, KYC duties, etc. Liaise with relevant departments to process customer transactions in a timely manner Assist Relationship Managers (“RMs”) to explore and maintain good customer relationship & collect various information to support RMs to solicit new business opportunities Cross sell the Bank’s products & services e.g. expanding deal amount and spread of deposit, loan & FX Smoothen operations workflow Train & guide new joiners for smooth integration at work Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements:
University Degree in Business or related discipline Minimum 4 years’ relevant banking experience preferably in corporate banking sector Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and operations Customer-orientated, strong service mindset and able to understand and capture customer needs A team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus Proficient in PC and MS Office Less experienced candidate will be considered as Officer Save this job
