Job description
Help us strengthen our vendor partnerships and contracting excellence across the APAC region. As an Associate Contract Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for third-party vendor contract requests in APAC and a key contributor to our global Procurement & Vendor Management function.
You’ll run end-to-end procurement cycles (RFI/RFP, sourcing, due diligence), negotiate and draft agreements, manage dashboards and compliance reporting, and help colleagues use our contract management systems confidently.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
What You’ll Do
Lead APAC vendor identification, sourcing, and due diligence, including RFIs/RFPs, benchmarking, scoring, and vetting; onboard new vendors and re-vet existing suppliers.
Draft, edit, and negotiate contracts to drive favorable outcomes; ensure market pricing and identify/avoid conflicts of interest.
Create and maintain APAC contracting dashboards, compliance reporting, and timelines for major initiatives.
Serve as the initial S2P point person for all APAC third-party contract requests.
Train APAC staff on contracting principles, system usage, and S2P policies/procedures.
Co-develop policies and procedures with senior leadership; perform system admin maintenance (user access/roles; troubleshooting).
What You’ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
~5+ years’ experience in procurement/contract management in a global, fast-paced setting.
Proven ability to draft, edit, analyze, and summarize commercial agreements; strong negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of contracting principles, commercial terms, and legal T&Cs; experience implementing/using contract management systems.
Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and excellent time management.
Strong client focus and relationship-building capability across internal stakeholders.
Fluency (written and verbal) in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
Background negotiating service agreements and/or purchase of goods contracts.
Experience running programs to monitor, amend, and close out agreements.
Familiarity with creating policies/procedures and training end users in S2P/contracting systems.
Why Join Us?
