Responsibilities
Establish EDI for order-processing arrangement, build and maintain digitalization of working processing Prepare the business yearly plan and automate the work processes by Office 365 apps, e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, etc. Support internal requests to prepare weekly and monthly reports of sales data, consolidate and analyze weekly/ monthly reports to management Prepare PowerPoint, presentation materials and ad-hoc analysis or tasks for the Department or seniors Handle enquiries from Japan HQ about business situation Assist in ad-hoc duties if necessary Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above 1 year working experience in data analysis, fresh graduates with also be considered MUST be sensitive to figures / numbers with analytical and organized thinking Must be proficient in the following computer skills:-
MS Office Excel
Able to arrange a series of data with Pivot Table
Familiar with other functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, AVERAGE, etc.
Capable to use smoothly on Office365 power apps.
Access
With basic knowledge of Access.
VBA
With basic knowledge of VBA is a must
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing Fast learner and able to work under pressure Good command of oral and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
