Your role
Lead the planning, execution, and governance of AI-driven transformation projects within the Finance unit.
Oversee project scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with company and regulatory standards.
Establish and manage the PMO framework, ensuring structured project tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation.
Drive coordination among Finance, IT, and business stakeholders for smooth integration of AI solutions into legacy systems and manual processes.
Collaborate with Finance leadership, IT, and external vendors to align transformation initiatives with business needs.
Design, implement, and monitor change management activities to support adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training strategies.
Develop project documentation, risk assessments, and reporting mechanisms tailored to a highly regulated, listed company environment.
Anticipate and resolve project roadblocks, especially those arising from complex approval processes, legacy systems, and entrenched policy landscapes.
Drive change management strategies to overcome resistance and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
To succeed in your role
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading large-scale transformation or technology-driven projects for Finance in sizeable or listed corporations.
Expertise in change management and business process re-engineering (BPR) to modernize legacy systems and workflows.
Proven track record in change management, stakeholder alignment, and conducting business process re-engineering within regulated organizations.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI or digital technologies into legacy operations is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with AI/automation in Finance (e.g., robotic process automation, predictive analytics) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Finance operations, compliance, and regulatory environments in Hong Kong.
Resilient leader capable of navigating complex approval processes and legacy mindsets.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English/Cantonese; Mandarin advantageous.
