Our client is a FT500 IT&T firm with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
Involve in the entire recruitment process as well as identify the manpower needs and perform the selection process for all level for overseas branches Act as a Business Partner to work closely with assigned BUs and provide professional HR recommendation to solve staffing / manpower issues, including but not limited to benefit & remuneration package, incentive and retention, etc. Determine and review the functionalities of each job roles in each department and provide professional advices to line managers on selection criteria and matching Establish and identify potential recruitment channels and business partners for talent acquisition as well as evaluate the effectiveness and hence to make improvement to achieve the best outcome/feedback from markets Ensure the recruitment process and remuneration are compliance with local labour related regulations as well as Corporate guidelines Requirement: :
Bachelor degree or above 4+ years solid experience in regional recruitment function, acting as a BP experience is an advantage Multi-tasking, presentable with good communication skill and able to deal with management Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint with Chinese Processing skill Good command in both spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
