Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist Project Team in overall project operations, coordination with clients, supplier and subcontractor for structural problem solving and site handover Assist Project Director / Manager to supervise subcontractors to ensure works running in smooth in consistence with customer requirement, on-time delivery Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements Prepare required drawings, corresponding document, and statutory submission Responsible for costing, tendering procurement, work programming, site meetings and subcontractor monitoring Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above 3 years relevant experience in all-round project management skill set (fitting out is preferred) Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Strong technical capability and competency Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD software applications Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
