Our client is a top tier F&B/FMCG retailer with significant growth in the region.
Assist in developing a full scale of project plan and participate in all stages of projects for all new outlets establishment / renovation projects, such as design, setup, handover, etc. Ensure the retail design and output are compliance with relevant regulations and consistent with the internal guidelines and objective. Perform onsite visit and inspection and determine the possibility of licensing application and equipment setup as well as the investment risk and budget required Manage the full tendering process and act as a project lead to monitor the work progress towards the expectation Requirement: :
Tertiary education or above in building services or related discipline Holder of PMP or related certificate 3+ years of experience in project management, gained from F&B / Retail Sound knowledge in F&B licensing, FEHD and other relevant regulations Familiar in operating AutoCAD and Photoshop. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
