Responsibility
Researching and identifying new product opportunities based on market trends, customer demands, and brand positioning Collaborating with the design team to develop product concepts, ensuring they align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience Conducting cost analysis and budgeting for new product development, ensuring profitability and feasibility Managing the product development timeline, including sample production, testing, and finalization Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of products Collaborating with the marketing team to develop product launch strategies and promotional materials Analyzing sales and customer feedback to evaluate the success of new products and make improvements for future development Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences to stay ahead in the market Requirements
Degree holder in Fashion and Textiles or related or related disciplines At least 5 years of working experience in fashion field Solid understanding of the fashion industry and product development processes Strong project management skills, negotiation abilities and a keen eye for fashion trends Being detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable Have curiosity to learn, proactive, and take new challenges A problem solver, able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with others Good command of English & Mandarin
