The appointee is expected to be part of the new student residence management team.
He/she will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Job Duties:
Support Residence Masters and Assistant Managers in implementing residential life programs and creatively promoting new initiatives that resonate with students.Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the new halls, including facilities management, reimbursements, and procurement duties.Engage with hall residents by addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints, fostering a supportive living environment.Assist with the fitting-out process of the new residential halls.Provide administrative support to the Hall Admissions Team.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with some work experience.
Fresh graduates will also be considered.Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).A high level of computer literacy or experience as a student leader during university or secondary school life is advantageous.(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
