As part of the Club’s Membership, Strategic Marketing and Branding Division, the Membership CRM & Intelligence Department plays an essential role in providing quality decision analytics to achieve customer experience excellence for all HKJC Members and their families.
• A university degree with a minimum of ten years’ project management experience, ideally with in-house market research and/or data analysis management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong organizational skills and project management capability, including all aspects of process development and execution
• Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is definitely an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Positive thinking, interest in learning and a strong teamwork attitude
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
