Job Responsibilities:
Analyze the online operations of major telecom operators in Hong Kong and benchmark against Mainland China best practicesFormulate and implement the company’s overall online operation strategy, supported by detailed analysis reportsDesign and execute online marketing campaigns to boost sales across postpaid, prepaid, broadband, and mobile device sales productsPlan customer interaction activities and online promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and conversionRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Market Research, Statistics, or related disciplinAt least 6 years of relevant work experience, including supervisory responsibilities, preferably in the telecommunications industry.Detail-oriented with strong analytical, planning, and critical thinking skillsAble to work independently under pressure and demonstrate high self-motivationProficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
