You will be responsible for / to: -
Proactively generate modernization opportunities outside current customer base.Build and coordinate relationships on many levels between customers organization and KONE as well as other stakeholders.Formulate individual sales plans, manage sales funnel, participate in pricing & offering to drive profitabilityPrepare the modernization proposal / tender with solutions catering customer’s request and follow up with the customerGather relevant information from the market in formulating sales strategyEnsure customer satisfaction by coordination actions with project team to enable that we deliver to our promise.Lead & coach junior team members for the results and report to Senior Manager, Sales.We expect you to have:-
Master/ bachelor degree holder in business, marketing, engineering, building services or other relevant disciplinesAt least 5-8 years consultative sales experience in relevant industry, preferably in E&M / construction / service industries, experience in selling technology services and digital solution is an advantageWell-versed for the tender process, negotiation and closing dealsExperience in key account management and proficiency in effective communication and interpersonal skills as well as pricing negotiation.Good team playerProven sales success records in technical salesFluent written & spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and EnglishImmediate available is a definite advantageCandidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, SalesRead more on
