Major Duties
: (a) To assist in developing integrated marketing plans for VTC’s programmes and services; (b) To implement student recruitment campaigns, advertising plans and digital marketing programmes across different media; (c) To organise marketing and community outreach programmes / major marketing events and activities; (d) To develop promotional / corporate communications materials and publications; and (e) To build strong networks with key stakeholders, including the school sector, parent groups and NGOs. Requirements: (a) A recognised degree or equivalent; (b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience preferably in the fields of marketing / marketing communications / corporate communications / digital marketing and database management; (c) Experience in organising large scale events and developing marketing promotion content; good understanding of digital analytics and database management is preferred; (d) Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably including Putonghua; (e) Outgoing personality with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; (f) Good planning and project management skills; (g) Knowledge or experience in using AI and data analytics tools to support job responsibilities is an advantage; and (h) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
