You will be responsible for:
assisting in the development of reports and dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics, trends and opportunities for improvement and decision-making;
transforming and validating HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency and data integrity;
understanding and analyzing current workflow and continuously identify opportunities for optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR data analysis;
participating in HR projects and initiatives related to process improvement and automation;
supporting HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes; and
performing any other duties as reasonably direct by the Authority.
You should:
possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines;
have around 6 years of experience with knowledge in Human Resources and data analysis;
be proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Excel, experience with data analysis and visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus;
possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and strive for continuous improvement;
be a good team player who is proactive with positive thinking and can-do attitude, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; and
have strong presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese.
