Responsibility
Lead a small team to manage and monitor the vendor operations of staff restaurants to ensure a smooth operation is delivered to our staff and the service standard and food quality are satisfactory.
Responsible for all vendor communications in planning and managing the fit out works and refurbishment projects of staff restaurant and following up the project status and timeline with vendors and contractors.Evaluate and manage the quality of food and service through employees’ comments and satisfaction surveys on a regular basis and feedback the comments with an improvement plan to the service provider to maximize employee satisfaction.Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and vendors Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety legislation and requirements.Prepare reports and data analysis for management reviewWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve and uplift operational needs.
Perform ad-hoc projects or F&B events as assignedRequirements
Degree holder of Business Administration, Hospitality or Operations ManagementMinimum 5 years’ experience in F&B industry with at least 2 years’ managerial experience in operations management.
Operations experience at a high-capacity outlet is highly preferredPre-opening experience or project management of F&B operation is an advantageKnowledge of occupational health, safety and hygiene is a mustSound knowledge of regulations and license requirements of F&B outlet Independent, detail-minded and able to work under minimum supervisionExcellent problem-solving skills, proactive and well organized good communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and MandarinProficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
