**Job Description**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
**Vendor & 3PL Management:**
+ Act as the main point of contact for 3PL warehouse and local delivery vendors.
+ Monitor and handle daily operational processes to ensure all inbound, outbound, and inventory transactions are accomplished efficiently and accurately.
+ Conduct regular performance reviews and on-site audits of 3PL partners.
**Operational Execution & Troubleshooting:**
+ Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, including shipping delays, inventory inaccuracies, and fulfillment errors.
+ Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Planning) and 3PL vendors to implement special customer requests and resolve urgent challenges.
+ Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and SOPs across the supply chain.
**Financial Stewardship & Budget Control:**
+ Assist in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic forecasts (FCST) for distribution center activities.
+ Monitor all logistics-related expenses (warehousing, transportation, labor) against the budget.
+ Investigate and take corrective action on any overspending issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing cost-control measures.
**Performance Management & Reporting:**
+ Develop, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (targets) for 3PL vendors, such as Timely Delivery, Order Accuracy, Inventory Accuracy, and Damage Rates.
+ Prepare and present regular performance reports, slides, and dashboards for management review.
+ Lead or give to projects sought at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels.
**Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of solid experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics management.
+ Experience within the biotechnology, medical device, or cold chain logistics sectors is a distinct advantage.
+ Demonstrated practical experience managing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners and local delivery vendors.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in financial competence, with hands-on involvement in budget control, forecasting (AOP/FCST), and expense management.
+ Proficiency in data analysis, benchmark reporting, and crafting management presentations (advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint essential).
+ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with vendors and internal collaborators.
+ A resilient, self-motivated professional with a strong sense of responsibility, keen attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
+ Must be able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
+ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is required.
