You will be responsible for:
supporting the development and implementation of corporate sponsorship strategies and programmes for Hong Kong Palace Museum (HKPM);
supporting the Head of Development in setting annual fundraising goals in line with planned activities in the Corporate Plan and Business Plan and ensuring delivery and fulfillment of sponsorship entitlements, onsite support, etc;.
supporting the prospect vetting process and preparing donor profiles on individuals, corporations and foundations.
Coordinating all correspondences for sponsors including acknowledgment letters, tax receipts, etc.;
ensuring data of prospects, sponsorship and donation are appropriately captured in the CRM system;
implementing cultivation strategies, actively seeking for and initiating new sponsorship and donation opportunities; maintaining relationships with existing and potential sponsors who support HKPM programmes;
preparing well-written sponsorship proposals with HKPM teams.
Ensuring information accuracy and brand alignment with corporate guidelines;
ensuring the relevant policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to for prospects vetting, donation and sponsorships;
working closely with the Manager to manage all events for sponsors;
preparing executive summaries, post-event reports and post-partnership review and debrief;
maintaining good working relationships with other Development teams; and
performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.
You should:
possess a recognised university degree in any discipline;
have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in sponsorship, development or related work; experience in arts and culture organization is a plus;
have a solid track record of raising funds from high net worth groups;
have experience and good interpersonal skills in interacting with large-scale business corporations and high-profile individuals;
have outstanding presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills; and
have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
