The Job
Conduct training needs analysis and design/deliver training across technical, sales, compliance, soft skills areas.
Assist the team lead to implement market-specific initiatives to support the business growth in different markets and agency development.
Manage the training operations including calendar, budget, vendors coordination, and post-training evaluations.
Ensure the training activities comply with Macau AMCM regulatory requirements.
Keep abreast of insurance trends and regulatory updates in different jurisdictions and promote best practices across markets.
The Person
Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
5+ years' experience in training management, preferably within insurance/financial services
Solid understanding of Mainland China market and a proven track record in business development Is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English is essential; - Strong instructional design, delivery, and evaluation skills.
Strategic mindset & cross-cultural agility - Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder influence.
