Deliver data-driven insight and strategic recommendation to achieve business targetProvide validation tracking and performance monitoring.Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to improve strategies.Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to onboardingAssist in ad-hoc projects/workforce as requiredRequirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance agency recruitment, or data analytic Bachelor's degree or aboveStrong data analytic capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills including presentation capabilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive and able to work independentlyProficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin speaking is an advantageFamiliar with data analytic application such as PowerBI and Excel
